the staff at the pool area were so lovely! the hotel's proximity to the beach made it super convenient. the breakfast had amazing options, giving us different meals everyday and the food was always tasty.
the water pressure was quite low, it took a while to fill the jacuzzi.

The rooftop pool offered excellent VIEWS. The hotel provided a shuttle to Jungceylon at specific times. This was really helpful for shopping.
The cleaning staff was not always as polite as expected. I had to ask them to redo the cleaning one time.

i really enjoyed the rooftop bar! the pool area was awesome, it was perfect for sunset cocktails. the breakfast was also delicious with different types of food. it was a 20-minute walk to bangla road, but shops and restaurants were close.
the water pressure to fill the jacuzzi took a long time! it took over an hour to fill. i also felt there was a lack of privacy because of the clear glass balcony.

the hotel is conveniently located just 100 meters from the beach. a 7-eleven and several restaurants are within an easy walking distance, so i could quickly grab essentials or enjoy a meal without any hassle.

I adored our pool access room. Every morning, a refreshing dip was the perfect start. the rooftop pool was a gorgeous haven with views that stole my heart. I could always find a serene spot to unwind. the staff were kind and helpful, always ready with a smile. i especially appreciated the ample breakfast selection, perfect for every palate.
the water pressure to fill the jacuzzi seemed to take quite a bit of time, a minor inconvenience.

the room was very spacious, and included both a single and a queen-sized bed. the air conditioning worked wonderfully, maintaining a very pleasant environment . the decent-sized fridge was really useful for keeping our drinks cool.

I found the room clean and quite comfortable. The breakfast selection offered a good variety. I appreciated the rooftop pool, it offered a nice view.
The air conditioning in the lounge had only two settings, off or freezing. The temperature could not be adjusted.
